Benefit Details

(Employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits.)

Insurance Benefits

Coverage begins on the 1st of the month after 30 days of consecutive employment. 

  • Medical (Cigna) – Employee premium is paid 100% by the firm. Dependent premiums are paid by the employee.
  • Dental (Delta Dental of WY) – The firm pays 50% of employee only premium.
  • Vision (VSP) – Employee pays premium for self and covered dependents.
  • Long-Term Disability – Coverage paid 100% by the firm.
  • Accident, Death & Dismemberment – Coverage paid 100% by the firm.
  • Group Life Insurance Policies – We have $10,000 and $15,000 policies provided by the firm. Additional $50,000 insurance policy with AICPA is provided by the firm after six months of employment.
  • Cafeteria Plan – Includes option to contribute to HSA or FSA (medical or limited dental/vision) as well as pay insurance premiums and daycare expenses pre-tax.
  • Voluntary Plans – Voluntary plans for additional life insurance as well as supplemental insurance are available.

Personal Time Off

  • Vacation Leave – Up to 5 years of service = 10 days; 5-10 years = 15 days; over 10 years = 20 days. Vacation accruals occur at the end of each month and begin immediately upon hire.
  • Sick Leave – 40 hours per year. The first year is pro-rated based on hire date.
  • Bereavement Leave – Up to three paid days may be taken off for the loss of an immediate family member.
  • Maternity/Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks off to care for a newborn or newly-placed adopted or foster child.
  • Military Leave – Military leave of absence without pay. Upon return, employees will be reinstated to the position they would have held if continuously employed.
  • Jury Duty – Time off is allowed to fulfill jury duty obligations.

Paid Holidays

January 1st, April 16 (or the day after the April tax deadline), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

401(k) Retirement Plan

  • Personal Contributions – Eligible for personal deferrals on the date of hire.
  • Firm Contributions – Eligible for Safe Harbor (3% of salary) & Profit Sharing (historically 4% of salary) after one year of service and at least 21 years of age.
  • Vesting – Vesting in firm contributions begins at year 2 of employment at reaches 100% at year 6. 

Mental Wellness

Unlimited free counseling for employees and their families through Three Trails EFAP in Casper, WY. In person and virtual appointments are available for individual, couples, or family counseling.

Fitness/Wellness Reimbursement

Reimbursement of up to $500 each calendar year for qualifying fitness/wellness expenses.

Referral Bonuses

Employees responsible for bringing in new clients or new employees to the firm are eligible for bonuses.
