Larry Graham, CPA

Born in Tillamook, Oregon, but raised in Glenrock, Wyoming, Larry is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Business. He has practiced accounting in Casper since 1982, beginning his career in association with Leo Riley & Company. In 1996, he established an independent accounting practice, and after a number of years, merged with the current partner group. Larry works with a variety of clients serving both business and individual tax preparation needs in the commercial, construction, oil & gas, and real estate industries. Larry is an avid tennis player and sports enthusiast.

Rick Reimann, CPA

Rick hails from Buffalo, WY and has 30 years of experience in public accounting. After earning his B.S. in Accounting with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1982, Rick began his career with a national firm in Casper. Rick then moved on to a small local firm from 1985 through 2002 before joining the current partner group. Rick works primarily on income tax preparation and planning, estate and succession planning, and business transactions for business clients with a special emphasis on the ranching and oil & gas industries. He is also a past president and 28 year member of the Rotary Club of Casper, and a past president and board member of the Wyoming Society of CPAs. Rick has also been a member of the AICPA Council, and a founding board member of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Natrona County. When Rick isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, backpacking, and other outdoor activities, as well as traveling and spending time with his wife and 2 college-aged children.

Steve Willadson, CPA

Steve graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting. A partner with the current firm since 2009, Steve began his career with the predecessor firm in 1991. Steve’s experience has been concentrated in the area of taxation, and he has developed extensive knowledge in ranching and agriculture activities along with general business planning and consulting. Steve enjoys working in all types of taxation including individual, partnership, limited liability companies, and corporation returns. He is a member of the AICPA and the Wyoming Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve is currently the board treasurer of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Natrona County. Originally from Torrington, Wyoming, Steve and his wife, Tonya, enjoy traveling and following their two daughters in their various activities.

Scott Buckingham, CPA

Originally from Powell, WY, Scott Buckingham, CPA, graduated with a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2003.  Scott’s experience includes a wide range of both tax and audit services for a variety of clients as well as review and compilation services.  He has extensive experience in auditing governmental, not-for-profit entities, and construction companies.  He has a broad range of tax experience preparing individual, business, and not-for-profit tax returns for clients of all sizes.  He is currently serving on the Board of the Wyoming Society of CPAs as well as the Platte River Trails.  Outside the office, Scott is an avid hunter, runner, golfer, tennis player, and University of Wyoming sports fan.

Andrew Beyeler, CPA

Andrew is a Wyoming native, born and raised in Cody.  He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2009 with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his M.S. degree in Accounting in 2010.  Andrew began his professional career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Denver.  After two years with Deloitte & Touche, and earning his CPA license, he returned to Wyoming and joined the team at Lenhart, Mason & Associates.

Andrew’s primary focus is in the area of taxation and he has a wide variety of experience in the areas of individual, corporate and partnership taxation.  He also enjoys estate and trust taxation and financial planning for businesses and individuals.  His experience extends to numerous industries and he serves clients of all sizes.

Andrew is currently serving on the Board for the Wyoming Society of CPAs and the Central Wyoming Estate Planning Council.  He also serves on the local and state Boards for his church and is on several other community boards.  Andrew is a member of the Rotary Club of Casper.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda, who is a Registered Nurse at the Wyoming Medical Center, and their children – Jade, Willa and Luke.  They enjoy camping, visiting family and cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys.  Go Pokes!

Dirk Montgomery, CPA

Dirk joined LMA as a partner in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Dirk was an owner of another local public accounting firm where he spent almost 20 years of his career working.
Dirk is a lifelong Wyoming native who attended Sheridan College and Montana State University – Billings before landing back in Casper to begin his career in 2002. As a general practitioner in public accounting, Dirk has served clients in numerous industries including oil and gas, real estate, heavy and specialty construction, medical practices, restaurants, and transportation. Service provided to these industries has included tax consulting and advisory, tax compliance, reviewed and compiled financial statement preparation, and succession planning.
Dirk and his wife and four children are privileged and grateful to call Casper their home. Their family is involved in various sports throughout the community as well as the many outdoor activities the state has to offer.

Melanie Urwiller, CPA

Melanie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming, receiving her B.S. in Accounting in the Fall of 2012. Melanie was elated to return to Casper upon graduation to start with the firm as a tax intern in January of 2013. Fast forward several years, and Melanie is now an enthusiastic manager at the firm taking every opportunity presented to serve the firm, clients, and community. She enjoys serving on local nonprofit boards where she can pair her love and knowledge of accounting with her desire to see Casper flourish. Melanie is also proud to be a graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy class of 2018 where she was able to network with other young CPAs from across the county while developing leadership skills to navigate the future of the accounting profession. Outside of the office, you can usually find Melanie crocheting or planning an adventure (usually food related) with her husband Alex!

Stephanie Means, CPA

A native of Denver, Colorado, Stephanie graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Aside from a three year stint in private industry, she has been in public accounting since beginning her career with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Casper in July of 1995.  Stephanie has been with Lenhart Mason & Associates since June of 2013 and brings a wide variety of experience to the firm in the areas of individual, corporate and partnership taxation as well as business consulting and financial planning.  Her experience extends to numerous industries including medical practices, auto dealerships, construction contractors, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.

Stephanie is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Wyoming Society of CPA’s and is a past president of the Central Wyoming Chapter of CPA’s.  She has volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Wyoming Health Fairs, the Board of Directors of the Casper Amateur Hockey Club, the campaign cabinet for the United Way of Natrona County, the Board of Directors of the Casper Family YMCA, and is a Past Grand Guardian of Wyoming for Job’s Daughters International.

Stephanie’s husband, Roger, has been a Natrona County Sheriff’s Deputy since 1997.  Stephanie and Roger have two boys who attend Kelly Walsh High School and play for the Casper Oilers hockey team.  Outside of work and hockey season, the family enjoys traveling and enjoying the great Wyoming outdoors.

Shannon is originally from Chicago and she graduated from Lindenwood University in 2010. She began working for the firm as a tax season intern in January of 2011 and joined the Lenhart, Mason Team shortly after that tax season. Since that time, Shannon has gained a wide variety of tax and auditing experience for all matter of clientele. Out of the office, Shannon enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching Netflix with her dog, Dexter.

Libby Jackson, CPA

Libby was raised in northwest Colorado on her family’s working cattle ranch. She received her Minor in Agricultural Business and B.S. in Accounting in 2012 and her M.S. in Accounting in 2013 from the University of Wyoming. Libby worked at public accounting firms in Fort Worth, TX and Denver, CO before returning to Wyoming and joining Lenhart Mason & Associates LLC in 2022 as a remote manager. She enjoys assisting clients with their tax and wealth transition planning needs and works with clients across various industries, including agriculture, construction, and professional services. Libby and her husband Scott live in Pinedale, WY, and spend as much time as possible outside riding horses, camping, hanging out on the lake, skiing, and snowmobiling.

She grew up in western Montana. In May of 2006, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Banking and Finance from Dickinson State University. Angela joined the firm in November of 2009, from Montana where she previously worked at Flathead Bank in Bigfork, MT. Terry began working at the firm in July 2007 as an Accounting Specialist. Prior to joining the firm, Terry and her husband, Rolly, owned and operated a US Mail contracting business for 20 years in Flagstaff, AZ. She currently performs duties of monthly bookkeeping for a wide variety of clients; payroll, compilations, and QuickBooks assistance are also part of her duties. Terry is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and welcomes the challenges of problem-solving for her clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Terry is currently serving as Treasurer for the Reach 4 A Star Riding Academy; she volunteers in various capacities at the arena, and at the Natrona County Library. Terry has two grown daughters and enjoys reading, hiking, ranching and gardening, cooking, and spending time with her friends and dogs.

Born and raised in Casper, Nicole graduated in from Casper College with an A.S. in Computer Science and then from the University of Wyoming in 2005 with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. After working for a smaller locally owned company for over 8 years, Nicole joined our team in 2014 as Firm Administrator. In addition to helping manage our day-to-day business, Nicole is in charge of overseeing our firm’s financial statements, in-house payroll, benefit and retirement plan administration, and other HR duties, as well as any of our IT issues that arise. She is a member of the CPA Firm Managers Association.

Jack attended the University of Wyoming and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1973. With over 30 years of tax, accounting and consulting experience in individual, partnership, corporation, fiduciary and estate taxation arenas, Jack has a diverse client base spanning various industries including ranching, oil & gas, construction, retail and restaurants. Jack prides himself on an ability to complete work timely and efficiently while looking after the client’s best interest. Jack is an active AICPA and Wyoming Society of CPAs member. He was also the past member and chairman of the Wyoming State Board of CPAs, an Eastern Wyoming College Distinguished Alumnus and a past board member of the Wyoming Cowboy Joe Club. A Lingle, WY native, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and following the UW Cowboys. Jack and his wife Betty have three children: Melissa, Jennifer and Justin.

Rick completed his education at the University of Wyoming with honors in 1976. Since graduating from the University, Rick has been with the current firm or its predecessor, giving him over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Rick works with a variety of individual and business clients providing income tax preparation and planning services. He has a specific expertise in oil and gas taxation and real estate activities. Rick has served on many local boards over the years and is a current member of Rotary and treasurer of the Casper Rotary Foundation. He is also a director of the Myra Fox Skelton Foundation and a member of the University of Wyoming Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council. Rick is a past president of the Wyoming Society of CPAs and past chair of the Wyoming Board of CPAs Rick and his wife, Betty, are avid golfers and enjoy traveling.

Joni earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1982. She works with a variety of clients with an emphasis in accounting and auditing for small businesses, not-for profits, and governments. She also does individual and business tax work for clients in the agriculture, oil & gas, commercial, non-profit and service industries. Joni performs peer reviews & is a member of the Nevada Society of CPA’s peer review committee which oversees the peer review programs in 6 states. Joni is an active member of the AICPA, Wyoming Society of CPAs, and Five Trails Rotary Club of Casper and serves on the board of the Wyoming Community Foundation.

John attended the University of Wyoming and graduated in December of 1984 with a B.S. in Geology. Due to the lack of opportunities in the oil and gas industry at that time, John returned to UW to earn a B.S. in Accounting in 1988. John began his career in the summer of 1988 with Macy & Associates, which evolved into Lenhart, Mason & Associates. Over the past twenty-four years, John has developed specialties in auditing non-profit organizations, construction contractors, oil & gas companies and manufacturers. John also has a varied tax preparation background including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. He is also a member of the Wyoming Society of CPAs and the AICPA. Currently, John is very active in the Toastmasters Internationals program. John enjoys spending his free time with sporting activities and listening to and singing music. When he gets a chance, he likes visiting new places to enjoy life.
