Announcements: Coronavirus

Reception Desk Temporarily Closed

Effective: March 20, 2020

Per the order from the Governor and Natrona County officials, we are taking measures to ensure the safety and health of our staff, clients, and community. We currently have most of our staff working remotely and we have limited any in-office staff to a minimum including our reception desk. Because of this, we will not have someone to greet you or receive your tax documents at this time. We still have several options for receiving your documents:

  • Sharefile – The fastest and most secure method is to scan and upload your documents to us using Sharefile. Please call or email us for more information if you have not sent us documents using Sharefile in the past.
  • Drop Off – If you are comfortable with leaving a sealed envelope with your documents in the box at the top of our stairs, you may do so during our normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm. We have set out envelopes for you to use if needed. This box will be monitored closely by those on-site.
  • Mail – You can mail in your documents using USPS/UPS/FEDEX.

During this time, we are checking voicemails and emails regularly. If you know the extension of the person you need to speak to, you may dial it directly or we have a dial-by-name directory available. You may also leave a voicemail in our general mailbox and it will be delivered to the appropriate person. If you have any further questions please call us at (307) 234-7800 or email us at admin@wyocpa.com.

Please continue to watch our website and our Facebook page for updates. We hope you all stay safe and healthy during these uncertain and stressful times.  Our thoughts are with all of you.

Very truly yours,
Lenhart, Mason & Associates

Ceasing in-person meetings with clients until further notice

Effective: March 17, 2020

In an effort to do our part to maintain the safety and health of our clients and our staff, we are ceasing in-office contact with our clients, effective immediately.  We will be conducting as much business as possible via phone, email, fax, and our secure portal and ask that you send any of your tax information this way.  After the coronavirus has been contained, we will contact you on setting up client meetings.

We are also monitoring information from the IRS regarding a possible extension of the tax filing and/or payment deadline.  Please continue to check our website for Firm updates from the IRS.

Rest assured we are still working hard to meet the needs of our clients, we’ll just be doing so with limited personal interaction, as recommended by the CDC and the Wyoming Dept. of Health.

Very truly yours,

Lenhart, Mason & Associates
