Ceasing in-person meetings with clients until further notice

Effective: March 17, 2020

In an effort to do our part to maintain the safety and health of our clients and our staff, we are ceasing in-office contact with our clients, effective immediately.  We will be conducting as much business as possible via phone, email, fax, and our secure portal and ask that you send any of your tax information this way.  After the coronavirus has been contained, we will contact you on setting up client meetings.

We are also monitoring information from the IRS regarding a possible extension of the tax filing and/or payment deadline.  Please continue to check our website for Firm updates from the IRS.

Rest assured we are still working hard to meet the needs of our clients, we’ll just be doing so with limited personal interaction, as recommended by the CDC and the Wyoming Dept. of Health.

Very truly yours,

Lenhart, Mason & Associates
